For international standard container transport vehicles that enter and exit designated toll stations on highways near major ports along the Yangtze and Han Rivers in the province, install and use container transport dedicated ETCs, and legally load them, on the basis of a 5% basic discount, an additional 20% discount on provincial tolls will be given.

For international standard container transportation vehicles that are installed and legally loaded using container transportation dedicated ETCs and are located at designated toll stations near the China Europe and Central Asia express trains in Hubei Province, on the basis of a basic 5% discount, an additional 50% discount will be given on the provincial toll.

Encourage highway operating enterprises to pilot a 10% -30% discount on toll fees on some highways.

7. Jiangxi: Adjusting the Speed Limit Standards for Two Freeways
